We are happy to change the shipping address for any order which has not been shipped yet. If you would like to do this, please complete and submit the online contact form and include the correct shipping address. The customer support team will make the changes for you.
If you entered the incorrect address at the time of ordering and your goods have been shipped, there is no possibility for us to retrieve the package. If the postcode was correct and the other details were incorrect, often the package will arrive although it may take longer. If your order is returned here, we will contact you to let you know and arrange for it to be shipped to the correct address.
